“Botanic” Apartments are new vacant apartments in two independent blocks of flats, designed, financed and constructed by Integrated Engineering Services. It is a joint venture by construction and commercial companies, Eco-Genesis and Eco Systema.

The buildings are located very close to the centre of Athens and the Metro railway station of Keramikos. All cultural places of interest such as the Acropolis, Greek Music Show Halls, theatres, taverns, bars and suburbs such as Gazi are easily accessible.

The apartments are offered to Travel Agents, prepaid to the owners, at lower prices than hotel rooms but for longer periods. The apartments can then be leased by the Travel Agent to his/her clients.  The Travel Agent can in fact act as project manager in the way he/she thinks will be beneficial.  All activity must be legal and pre-approved.

The interior layout of the apartments has been deliberately left uncompleted to accommodate the ideas and needs of the potential client(s) of the Travel Agent.  All such work will be undertaken quickly and at very reasonable cost by EPCC (Engineering-Procurement Construction Contractors).

The apartments can also be used as offices for the Travel Agent and can be sold under special agreements.
